PLS-101 Novolac and Urethane Hybrid Chimney Seal
Perpety Seal Flex is a two component polymer hybrid made of urethane and epoxy resins. The combination provides a flexible and highly adhesive resilient filler for expansion joints. This highly chemically resistant product is excellent for sealing cracks and joints in manholes. Packaged in plural component tubes for easy mixing and application.

PLS-610 Epoxy Coating With Kelvar Reinforcing Fibers
PerpetuCoat KV is a mastic version of PerpetuCoat with kelvar fiber reinforcement built in. The kelvar fiber adds strength and improves abrasion resistance. The fiber reinforcement makes PerpetuCoat KV an excellent material for areas that are frequently washed and exposed to abrasive materials.

PLS-613 Epoxy Coating
PerpetuCoat is a high-performance protective & waterproofing coating for use in harsh conditions. It is designed for the sanitary & industrial sewer environments, primarily concrete structures like manholes and lift stations. It protects against mild abrasion, acids, bases, oxidizers, and other chemical agents. PerpetuCoat also can be used as a watertight barrier to prevent infiltration and exfiltration.
PerpetuCoat adheres to almost any material, regardless of surface profile, helping applicators produce a unified layer of protection when equipment mounts, pipe penetrations, and structural components are present. This gives the applicator the ability to have PerpetuCoat integrate with other protective coatings where needed. Underground masonry structures retain moisture.
PerpetuCoat uses a proprietary curing agent that allows it to cure in moist and wet conditions, an attribute that most coatings lack. The features allow applicators to reduce cost, save time, and increase efficiency. An attribute that most coatings lack, and a real asset in infrastructure applications. This ability also saves time and money for the applicator. PerpetuCoat contains no VOCs or isocyanate creating both a user and environmentally friendly product.
PerpetuCoat M
PLS-614 Ultra High Build Epoxy Coating
PerpetuCoat M is the mastic version of PerpetuCoat. As an epoxy mastic, it can be applied at a greater thickness on walls and ceilings. This allows for easy application when specifications require application over 75 mils ( .075 inches). Depending on the temperature PerpetuCoat M can be applied up to 375 mils ( .375 inches) or more in a single application.
Perpetu Set
PerpetuSet is an epoxy resin designed to set up quickly even on wet surfaces. Developed for use as an ambient curing epoxy resin for sewer pipe point repairs, PerpetuSet bonds strongly to almost any material in about an hour. It is chemical resistant and has great wetting characteristics when used with most reinforcing fiber cloths (fiberglass, aramid, carbon fiber).
This gives technicians plenty of time to complete the repair and return the system to service promptly. It can be used with almost any reinforcing fibers to produce a watertight composite that can restore strength and stop corrosion. A typical application is point repair of wastewater sewer pipes but can be used in just about any application that requires high strength, quick setting, and corrosion-resistant resin. When combined with a high strength textile, like carbon fiber, PerpetuSet can be used to repair and reinforce structures. It can also be used as a general industrial adhesive.
PerpetuSet set is not designed for use in or around high-temperature applications (150+ °F) and should not be used to repair life-saving equipment.
